Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit

A minimal non-returnable deposit of £30 per room is required for booking. No reservation will be deemed as being made until the deposit has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to you and will act as a receipt.

Cancellation of Booking

In the event of any cancellation within 48hrs, all costs in relation to the booking will be payable in full. However, I will endeavor to re-let the room(s) and if successful you wont be liable to pay the remaining balance. You are strongly advised to have adequate travel insurance cover in place to cover all eventualities. Please contact me for details if required.

Final Payment of Account

Payment is by cheque, Travelers Cheque, Sterling cash or Euros. I regret that I do not have credit card facilities at home only via Online Booking. All cheques should be made payable to Tate House B & B.

More Information

NO Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any part of my home. Notices are in place and failure to adhere will result in prosecution as stated by Law and a £100 cleaning charge will be payable without fail. Please respect my wishes and my home.

Quality Assured

Tate House is a family home hence the classification of "bed and breakfast". We provide a very high standard of fixtures and fittings including quality fresh clean 80/20 wool carpets throughout, we would like to think our guests will respect our No Shoes policy. Please treat our home and business as you would yours.
