Property is only located 7 metres from the main road through gateposts. One step leads onto concrete footpath which leads to 2 steps to front door.
Parking is outside on the main road between the hours of 5pm and 9am and opposite in Blackmores Hotel restaurant opposite, please park responsibly. Assistance with luggage will be offered from you car to your room.
The front door is approached by 2 steps maximum 180mm high with no support handrail. Door width is 100cm. hard wearing carpet in porch with 100mm door with 4 digit security lock, code will be given on arrival. Passageway 130mm wide to guest lounge/dining room.
Main stair case to two bedrooms on first floor. 12 Steps 180mm high to first landing, 1 step 180mm high to Bedroom 1. 5 steps 180mm high leading to landing at Bedroom 2. The handrail is to right on all steps. 15 steps to top floor bedroom 3. The stairs are lit continuously.

All ground flooring 80/20 wool carpets Areas well lit with contrasting light carpets and light walls and paintwork Guest lounge, dining and kitchen on ground floor 2 bedrooms en-suite – 1 bedroom external shower room. No public WC available.
Breakfast served in the dining room with internal door width of 80cm and external single opening doors 165cm to a decked sitting area, only available to guest room number 1. Breakfast normally served around two dining tables.
Soft lighting with additional reading spotlights. Portable music centre if required – no piped music throughout the property.
Breakfast cooked to order. No pre-cooked food. Served between 8.00am – 9.00am but flexible when requested.

Dishes range from traditional cooked breakfast to vegetarian, gluten and wheat free diabetic and coeliac and other special diets are catered for. Please discuss prior to arrival for any special dietary needs.
Dinners are not provided – dining facilities are available opposite at Blackmore%s Restaurant only 20 metres from the house. I can make reservations on guest%s behalf.
Washing and drying available with charge applicable Ironing board/iron available on request
Private use of the house available by arrangement i.e. wedding parties using local venues (details on website) or special celebrations.
There are three bedrooms in total all with en-suite facilities. 80/20 Wool carpets except in the bathrooms. Central heating throughout.
Duvets or blankets on request. Allergy free pillows throughout. Micro fibre pillows as standard. Hot water bottles available. All linen of superior quality – Egyptian cotton or percale. Sheridan, Dorma and Bedeck used. All towels and bath sheets are Egyptian cotton. Robes provided on request.
Hair dryers in all rooms. Quality Toiletries throughout.
